In 2022, Light Moves welcomed six Studio Light Moves / Open Futures artists to their 2-week residencies focusing on dance and technology. The three pairs of artists were selected from an open call and their proposal for this interdisciplinary exchange are inspiring.
The residency offers a unique opportunity for interdisciplinary collaboration exploring expanding possibilities that emerge when dance and technology meet, alongside mentorship and technical support. The 2022 artists were resident at Dance Limerick, Limerick City Gallery of Art, and at The Irish World Academy of Music & Dance at the University of Limerick.
