Beatrice Dillon

Beatrice Dillon is a London-based artist and musician, exploring the liminal space between bass music, house and experimental music. She’s produced music for Hessle Audio, The Trilogy Tapes, Boomkat Editions, PAN, Where To Now?, Timedance, etc and has worked with a number of producers and musicians including Kassem Mosse, Laurel Halo, Call Super and Lucy Railton.

With a background in visual art, she has presented sound and music commissions across Lisson Gallery, Somerset House, Outlands Network, Études Paris, Southbank Centre, Macval Paris, ICA London etc.

Recent performances include wwwX Tokyo, MUTEK Argentina, Barbican Centre (supporting Tim Hecker), Strelka Moscow, Masåfåt Cairo, byLarm Norway.

She was the recipient of Wysing Arts Centre’s 2016 artist residency, is a resident at Somerset House Studios and resident on NTS Radio.

Beatrice Dillon

Described as ‘the most thrilling new artist in electronic music’ by the Guardian, Beatrice Dillon performed live at Light Moves Festival 2021 as part if the SPIRAL series of live electronic music events, with visuals by experimental digital arts studio Werkflow, featuring a series of ever-changing gridded colour squares inspired by Japanese designer and artist Sanzo Wada. Dillon’s debut album Workaround, released in 2020, has been lauded as ‘a global future-folk manifesto’.
