Kate Lawrence (Choreographer and Producer) is a pioneer of vertical dance, fusing dance and rock climbing and is Artistic Director of Vertical Dance Kate Lawrence (VDKL).  In 2022 she published the first book on vertical dance, co-authored with Wanda Moretti.

Joanna Wright (Director and Producer) is a Welsh artist / filmmaker and a senior research fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology at the Open Documentary Lab and Co-Creation Studio.

Alex Ashcroft (Sound Designer), is a BAFTA nominated, Wales based sound engineer with a research specialism in ambisonics. His collaborations have been shown at Sundance, Venice Biennale, Edinburgh Film Festival, Cannes, MoMa and the Guggenheim Museum.

Karina Jones (Audio Description Consultant) is a visually impaired actor, aerialist, audio description consultant and vocal coach from Wales.  Her acting work includes Royal Shakespeare Company, Theatre Clwyd, NTW, Graeae, Citizens Theatre Glasgow and Frantic Assembly. Her aerial circus training includes London Paralympic Games, Green Top Circus and Circus Oz.  Outdoor aerial performances include ‘Taking Flight’ with Rogue Play Theatre Company and UK tour with Extraordinary Bodies.
