Jessie Thompson is a Dublin-based dancer and choreographer working at the intersection of contemporary and hip-hop styles. Her practice explores the fusion of dance, music, and live performance. Jessie is Dance Artist in Residence at Project Arts Centre and Dublin City Council, supported by the Arts Council, and just completed a residency at Centre Culturel Irlandais. Her solo work CRAWLER toured to DanceBase for Edinburgh Fringe, and in 2025 she premiered missing you, missing me at What Next Festival, commissioned by Dance Limerick. Jessie’s work has featured in Dublin Dance Festival, Dance 2Connect, Top 8, and site-specific events across Ireland. She has choreographed for youth and community projects and performed with leading Irish companies including United Fall and CoisCeim. Jessie is also the Dublin-based Hip Hop dance battle event Battle of Zen.
