Dr. Beatrice Jarvis (1987) is a creative facilitator, choreographer and researcher, and founder of the Urban Research Forum and The Living Collective. She is Course leader of Dance and senior lecturer in Dance at Kingston School of Art, London, as well as training to be a certified TRE © practitioner. She holds a practice-based Ph.D. from The University of Ulster (NI) exploring somatic movement as a medium to explore spatial and social conflict. Beatrice undertook her BA (Hons) at Dartington College of Arts in Choreography and Visual Arts practices and was then awarded AHRC funding to undertake an MA in Research Architecture at CUCR Goldsmiths. Interdisciplinary practices remain the root of her evolving arts practice and current consultancy work.
