Dance Ireland is offering one member a bursary of €500 to attend Light Moves Festival from 9-12 November 2023 in Limerick city. Now in its 7th edition, the festival offers a thrilling showcase of the richness and diversity of artists who embrace dance, movement, and the screen in their work.
Light Moves Festival is proud to continue its long standing partnership with Dance Ireland with this opportunity, which goes towards the costs of attending the festival over the four days. The bursary includes full access to festival events.
Light Moves 2023 has exploration and playfulness at its core, and includes seven live performances with four new commissions and the festival’s fourth exhibition of screendance works at Limerick City Gallery of Art, alongside engaging talks and presentations. The festival is also excited to present a 2-day workshop hosted by Tanin Torabi, and a Dance and Ecology Workshop facilitated by Rosemary Lee supported by Dance Ireland.
